Read and edit Hancom HWP files at a known sandbox path. Use when the user attaches a `.hwp` or `.hwpx` (the chat shows `[Attached file 'X.hwp' is available in the sandbox at: /path]`), asks you to inspect/summarize/quote a HWP document, or asks you to draft, append to, or edit a HWP-format document. Reads both `.hwp` v5 (binary, via pyhwp) and `.hwpx` (XML, via python-hwpx); writes only `.hwpx` because Linux sandboxes cannot produce `.hwp` v5 binary without Hancom Office.
