Personal agents can email their verified owner and individually approved contacts; managed-contract organization agents may address external recipients. Check address → recipient_policy. This skill does not access the user's Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox. Also finds OTHER past mail by sender, period, keyword, attachment or status (summaries first, full text only for the one you pick). The mail that woke you is already in your prompt, do not look it up. Sends cost SU and have daily limits and an AI identification footer.

The user asks you to email them a report, summary, notification, or reminder.
You finished an autonomous run (schedule/heartbeat) and the result is worth emailing to the owner.
The user wants a recurring emailed digest. Combine with a schedule and send each run to the owner.
You want to check past mail you sent, or replies that came back.
You need an OLDER mail as evidence, e.g. "how did that customer's last order actually arrive?", "did they ever send the price list?". Narrow with `list --from/--since/--q`, then `read` the one you picked.
NOT for the mail that woke you: its sender, subject, body and attachments are already in your prompt, and looking it up again pays for the same tokens twice.
Your owner asks you to start accepting mail from a specific person ("let Kim email you"). Approve that one address.
Your organization is an activated managed organization (recipient_policy=EXTERNAL_ALLOWED) and the user asks you to email a customer, partner, or colleague on their behalf.
NOT for emailing third parties when recipient_policy is OWNER_ONLY and they are not on the approved list. The server drops those addresses (and delivers to the owner if no approved --to is left). Run `allowed` first; if the user asked for that address, tell the owner how to approve it (see "People your owner approved").
