When to use

• The user asks you to email them a report, summary, notification, or reminder.
• You finished an autonomous run (schedule/heartbeat) and the result is worth emailing to the owner.
• The user wants a recurring emailed digest — combine with a schedule and send each run to the owner.
• You want to check past mail you sent the owner, or replies the owner sent back.
• NOT for emailing anyone other than the owner — there is no way to email third parties. Sending to arbitrary recipients is impossible by design.
