Works out the landed cost per unit for each import — goods, freight, duty and domestic costs — then back-calculates your selling price and margin and keeps it all in a cost book. Export quote pricing works the same way. It checks the exchange rate every morning and recalculates only the items whose cost actually moved. Duty rates and HS codes come from you or your customs broker; it never exchanges money, transfers funds, or files a customs declaration.
